Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Gift Card Program! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using our gift cards:

• Single Use Only: Each gift card is valid for a single transaction only. Once redeemed, it cannot be used again.

​

• No Refund on Unused Amount: In cases where the cost of the service is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance is not subject to refund.

​

• One Card Per Job: Only one gift card can be applied per job. Multiple cards cannot be combined for a single service.

​

• Service Area Limitation: Our gift cards are valid for services provided within a 20-minute radius of the Canley Vale Train Station. This includes areas in and around Fairfield, Smithfield, and other nearby localities.

• Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

​

• Presentation on Quote Day: The gift card must be presented at the time of the quote to be valid for use.

​

• Purchasing or Gifting a Card: If you wish to purchase a gift card or send one as a gift to a friend or family member, please use our contact form. Specify the recipient's address and the desired amount ($20, $35, $50). We will provide you with our banking details for the transfer. Once the payment is confirmed, a gift card will be sent to the address provided on the contact form.
